I USE ONE HOT SAUSAGE, ONE FENNEL SAUSAGE, BUT OTHERWISE, THE RECIPE IS IDENTICAL. IT’S A GREAT ONE POT MEAL ON A CHILLY NIGHT — SAUSAGE MEAT, ONION, GARLIC, RED WINE, TOMATO, AND BEEF STOCK– NOTHING IS MORE FILLING NOR MORE SATISFYING.
