BUT HALIBUT IS A BIT BORING, SO I GRATED CUCUMBER AND RADISH AND MADE A RAITA WITH A LOT OF RAW GARLIC, WHICH COMES THROUGH NOT WITH A POWERFUL GARLIC TASTE, BUT HEAT. IT’S A GREAT COMBINATION FOR A HOT SUMMER NIGHT.
