WITH ONIONS, CARROTS, TOMATOES AND ORANGE ZEST. THEY WILL TASTE EVEN BETTER THE FOLLOWING DAY, ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE VERY LITTLE FAT TO SEPARATE FROM THE SAUCE.
