I’VE MADE ALL KINDS OF STUFFING FOR THANKSGIVING. SIMPLE RECIPES WHICH CALL FOR NOTHING MORE THAN STALE BREAD, ONIONS, SAGE AND BUTTER. COMPLEX STUFFING WITH CHARD, WILD MUSHROOMS AND EGGS, WHICH IS ALMOST LIKE A SAVORY PUDDING. I’VE USED WHITE BREAD AND CORN BREAD. THE TWO KINDS OF SAUSAGE MEAT IN THIS RECIPE COMBINE NICELY WITH THE BREAD AND ONIONS GIVING IT A WHIFF OF FENNEL AND A SLIGHT KICK.
